Send copyright reports to contact@blinkx.com. The address is being configured and will become operational before public uploads or generation access opens. Identify the protected work, the specific BlinkX URL or material at issue, your contact details and the basis for the request.
Reference material and outputs
When generation features become available, users will be responsible for ensuring that uploaded references, prompts and intended uses do not violate another person’s copyright, privacy, publicity or contractual rights.
AI output rights can depend on applicable law, the model provider and the circumstances of creation. BlinkX will publish feature-specific terms before generation access opens.
Good-faith submissions
Reports should be accurate and submitted in good faith. BlinkX may request additional information needed to identify the material, understand authority to act and evaluate the request.
